Sunday Concert Series: Michael Pilgrim

Michael Pilgrim in concert  at the Haywood County Library auditorium in Waynesville. The Sunday Concert Series is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library with the March 18 concert also sponsored by the Chocolate Bear in Waynesville. The Irish-themed concert is free and the public is cordially invited to attend. 

Michael Pilgrim picked up his first musical instrument at the age of four. He first played professionally at age fifteen and has taught music lessons since age twenty-two. He currently gives private instruction in mandolin, guitar, and fiddle at his Downtown Waynesville studio. Pilgrim has expertise in a variety of styles including  classical, Irish, old-time, bluegrass, standards, swing, gypsy jazz, Latin, blues, rhythm & blues, and gospel.
