Call for Work

Art Across Haywood is a program for Artist Members. Artists have the opportunity to exhibit their work in various venues across Haywood County. Learn more about Art Across Haywood here.

Only artist members are able to enter exhibits unless it’s a specially curated exhibit. Additionally, only artist members may apply to sell their work in the retail gallery located in the heart of downtown Waynesville.

Be the first to create for our new Haywood Handmade product line!

OVERVIEW: Haywood Handmade is a new brand launched by HCAC and includes working with artist members to create specialty merchandise to sell in the gallery and give donors as gifts.

Open to any HCAC artist member who is interested in partnering.

To be considered, artists will submit their images of the proposed work, a budget, and a brief description.

HCAC will select four artists to create four different products.

Artist Commission: HCAC pays for all materials and pays for the artist’s time at a flat rate. HCAC receives 100% of proceeds from retail sales.

Only artist members are able to apply to sell their work in the retail gallery.
